Clients:

  • Acquire new clients and be connected with existing clients through all
    sources available (Phone, Mail, Social Media, Direct Meeting etc)
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Responsible for conceptualizing and managing a diverse range of customer retention campaigns and initiatives. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative processes and successful execution.
  • Responsible for design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals
  • Constant follow up with client and Recruitment Team to build a healthy relationship.

  • To learn to be, and become, an effective Business Development Manager
  • To ensure at all times that you are acting in the best interests of clients and ASAP
  • To learn to build a successful ‘desk’, demonstrating a proactive and forward-thinking approach in your drive for continuous improvement
  • To generate an agreed level of revenue for the Company, whilst maintaining a quality service built on honesty, integrity and professionalism

Main Duties:

  • To work with the existing team, and learn to take ownership of your desk and grow your own client and candidate portfolio
  • To be proactive in business development
  • To meet and where possible exceed agreed activity level targets (in terms of business development calls, client meetings, mandates taken, candidate interviews, submissions, send outs, placements, etc.)
  • To be proactive in remaining abreast of trends and developments within recruitment industry
  • To contribute to the team through day-to-day involvement and ad hoc project work
  • To generate business by Cold calling (Tele-sales) and via building network.

  • A smart, business-like appearance is required for client-facing roles, and in order to set a good example for candidates to follow when attending for interviews

  • PC literate – to include MS Office, email and internet; keyboard skills; good standard of Business English.

All roles are subject to a 3 month probationary period, during which time notice period is two weeks.

  • Interviewing and liaising with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirements
  • Matching candidates to jobs
  • Providing advice on the career opportunities in the markets we serve, including how to improve a CV
  • Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews
  • Managing the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made. You will also facilitate negotiations between the client and candidate, such as salary and start date, and provide feedback before and after interviews
  • Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates.
  • Visiting Colleges & education institutes to promote company service and generate candidate leads.
  • preparing and delivering presentations on recruitment and jobs to various clients including, colleges, educational institutes and communities.
  • calling institutes to gain appointment for presentation etc.

Responsibilities:-

Developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.

working with hiring managers and HR personnel to determine staffing needs, along with minimum qualifications and skills required for open positions.

Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts helps HR professionals identify and source quality candidates.

Duty to review APPLICATIONS to identify and arrange preliminary interviews with the most promising candidates.

Screening and referring candidates for additional interviews

Consulting hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates and advising management on hiring and compensation guidelines.

Senior HR recruiters may update and track recruitment files, prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings and perform reference and background checks. Attending career fairs and networking events is another common part of this job.

Managing a team of 2 to 4 recruiters

Able to train recruiters on basic recruitment practice, presentation

Qualification :-

Human resources degree along with work experience.

Preference to candidates with professional HR certification or advanced education, such as an HR master’s degree.

Worked in recruitment industry for at least for 2 years (Recruitment Agency not In-house recruitment)

Knowledge

HR business knowledge

Sound Knowledge on human resources practices, especially Recruitment.
